Improvement

BYOA participant recruitment now easier to use

Bring Your Own Audience (BYOA) recruiting is now automatically enabled when you add participants to live studies, with clearer UI guidance throughout the process.

Improvements

  • BYOA section always visible — The BYOA option now appears in the Add More panel even before it’s enabled, so you can see your options upfront
  • Helpful info banners — When BYOA isn’t active yet, a banner explains that adding participants will enable it
  • Automatic enablement — BYOA is now automatically enabled in the background when you add your first participants, no separate setup step needed
  • Better feedback — You get a success message when BYOA is first enabled, directing you to the Distribution tab to manage your participants
  • Clearer billing labels — Updated cost display in the billing card with more helpful labels and tooltips
  • Direct messaging — You can now send messages to individual participants from the Messages sidebar, making communication easier

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed visual stacking issues with the Add More panel overlay
  • Improved accessibility with proper ARIA labels for screen readers

Improvements

  • Updated study credit pricing — Study credit pricing has been updated to reflect new BYOA, B2C, and B2B pricing tiers across the platform

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed survey question deletion — Resolved an issue where deleting survey questions would fail after changing a study type from survey to another type (e.g., unmoderated study)

Fix

Improvement

Improved date handling and LinkedIn verification tracking

Fixed date-related queries to use current dates and added analytics tracking for LinkedIn verification flows.

Improvements

Video provider selection and auto-qualification improvements

Researchers can now choose between multiple video providers (CleverX, Zoom, and Google Meet) when scheduling sessions, and qualified participants are automatically marked as auto-qualified.

New Features

  • Multiple video provider options: When scheduling sessions, you can now select from CleverX, Zoom, or Google Meet as your preferred video platform
