Yes, signing up for an account on CleverX is free.

Login to your account, go to your Dashboard, click on Account, and change your login details.

Transaction fee on CleverX is variable and depends on type of work. CleverX will always show you the amount inclusive of all charges and also the breakdown of cost wherever applicable, there are no hidden fees.

You can set your per-hour rates for video calls when you sign up. Rates can be adjusted later from your profile settings.

Yes, every video call is charged by the minute. We want to make it affordable for businesses to access knowledge and insights. And lucrative for independent professionals for every minute spent helping and advising a fellow professional.

Yes, all projects created on the platform have fixed costs.

We recommend you discuss the deliverables and set the project costs over messages before you start working with other professionals.

Yes, we understand not all work is the same.

You can share your budgets with the experts you want to work with so they can adjust their video call or project pricing before you start working together.

All payouts are released via Stripe. Make sure your Stripe account is connected to your bank account for quick transfers.

The money will stay in your wallet.

Video call payouts will reach your CleverX account within 48 hours of successful call completion. For surveys, the payouts get released after the project completion and final confirmation from the client.

Stripe is a US-based payment processor which supports e-transfer of money to your bank account.

You can message other professionals directly via direct chats. Feel free to share screens, files, documents, and sign NDAs.

Of course! You can message and connect with other professionals to discuss work and their experiences for free.

• On every professional's profile you will find a 'Book a meeting' button with their per-hour-rate.

• Click on the button to schedule a video call. It works like Google Calendar or Microsoft Teams.

No problem, you will not be charged at all.

Not at all, the platform will only start billing minutes when both or all participants join the call.

Up to 50 participants can join a video call.

Not at all. All video meetings will open in your browser. You don't need to download any external video conferencing software to connect.

All video meetings are recorded by default. Access them from your account dashboard whenever.

Yes. Go to the Dashboard, click on Projects, and request for revisions on deliverables.

If you are still unhappy with the work after multiple revisions, you can escalate it to the CleverX mediation team and we'll make sure we resolve the issue smoothly.

Yes, your profile can be kept private. Find settings on your Dashboard.

CleverX will never sell your personal and financial information. We've worked on rigorous standards to ensure transparency, privacy, and security.

Yes, you can share NDAs over chat and start work when you're ready.

You can delete your account whenever you want from your Dashboard's Account Settings. But we'll be sad to see you go.
