Outside of the past 25 years of technology and business experience, Jason Alexander worked the past 9 years at a Private Equity held company, Kalkomey Enterprises, during which time he helped sell the business to two different financial buyers, as well as a half-dozen transactions on the buy-side of the business. Kalkomey is focused on both B2C and B2B plays within state governments to offer mandatory educational safety courses and certificaitons for recreational users (boat-ed.com, hunter-ed.com, and many others), as well as building, launching, and maintaining government software for managing all aspects of state government including permitting, licensing, event management, volunteer management, and more. Jason is highly technical, coming from a heavy software engineering background and holds three patents and a multitude of professional certifications and achievements.
